This policy explains how the Orbwatch mobile game ("the app", "we") handles information. Orbwatch is developed by Nguyen Cao Thiem, an independent developer. Contact: [email protected]

Summary

• We do not ask you to create an account.
• We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos or precise location.
• Your game progress stays on your device.
• To improve the game, we collect anonymous usage statistics and crash reports with Google Firebase. You can turn this off in Settings.
• The app is free and shows ads from Google AdMob. Google may collect some device information to show and measure ads.
• Optional in-app purchases are paid through the App Store or Google Play. We never see your card or payment details.

1. Information stored on your device

The app saves the following only on your device so the game works:

• Levels unlocked, stars, Endless best score, Daily streak and your Daily results
• Stardust and gems, and a short history of how you earned or spent them
• Which items you bought and a record of purchase transactions (see section 4)
• Settings: sound effects, background music, vibration, accessibility options, language and your choice about sharing statistics
• Whether you have seen the photosensitivity warning and the tutorial

This information is not sent to us. You can delete it with Settings › Reset progress (this keeps Stardust, gems and purchases), or by deleting the app (this removes everything).

2. Usage statistics and crash reports (Google Firebase)

The app uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics.
